1. Description of the Service

Debutya is a hashtag-based community platform where fans share content about Turkish pop groups. The Site is an independent, fan-run platform and has no official connection to any music group, record label, management company, or artist.

2. Accounts and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you use the Site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials (especially your password) secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the posts, replies, and other content you share on the Site ('User Content'). By posting, you grant Debutya a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute that content on the Site.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. You represent that your content does not infringe the copyright, trademarks, personality rights, or other rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited: insults, threats, harassment, and hate speech; obscene or unlawful content; sharing others' personal data without consent; posting copyrighted material without permission (including full song lyrics and studio recordings); spam, misleading content, and automated account activity; and technical interference with the operation of the Site.

When posting about artists and group members, personality rights must be respected. Unfounded allegations and defamatory content about real people are prohibited.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Site administration reserves the right to remove, lock, or edit any content without prior notice, and to suspend, ban, or delete accounts that violate these terms. Moderation decisions are at the discretion of Site administration.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, software, and the Debutya brand belong to the Site operator. Group names, song titles, and similar references appearing on the Site are used solely for identification, news, and commentary; all related rights belong to their respective owners.

7. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send the link to the content in question and information demonstrating your ownership to iletisim@debutya.com. Valid notices will result in removal of the content within a reasonable time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided 'as is'. No guarantee is given that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from User Content or from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

User Content reflects the views of the user who posted it, not the views of Site administration.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Site administration may also terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
